Colita Cricket Club to host a fundraising dinner and dance

Entertainment will be provided in the form of the live band Harley Blues that is from the South Coast

Colita Cricket Club was formed by the members of the Colita community in 1994 and is now 24 years old. The main objective of the club is to promote sport and wholesome activities amongst the youth in and around the Estcourt community.

Over the years the club has accumulated various league honours, knockout trophies and other awards. Colita Cricket Club has grown from strength to strength and currently has a membership database of 76 players, men and women.

The club always encourages learners to be a part of their program and currently there are seven learners registered in the playing team.

On July 28 the club will be hosting its annual fundraising dinner and dance at the Forderville Hall.  Tickets are R200 per couple and this includes a two-course meal and light refreshments.

Entertainment will be provided in the form of the live band Harley Blues that is from the South Coast.

Patrons can expect a night of fun and enjoyment in a safe environment. With the cost of playing cricket always increasing, the funds raised at this event helps with the running of the club in the 2018/2019 cricket season.
