If you have a daughter, you would have noticed by now how absolutely ridiculously over priced the famous Barbie has become.

Despite this, no young girl’s childhood is complete if she doesn’t own a few of these plastic beauties right?

Barbie like all other toys do not last forever, and as soon as their beautiful shimmering hair starts to fade and knot, she is thrown aside, as the child anxiously awaits the arrival of a new one.

Instead of spending hundreds of Rand on a new doll, rather opt for the cheaper DIY way of transforming old dolls into brand new fabulous favourites.
