Tomorrow (October 6), Park Run will be celebrating its 100th run.

The event starts at 8am at Ladysmith Country Club.

So if you fancy some early-morning exercise, then go and support the centennial Park Run.

A Ladysmith Gazette journalist will be there, so smile when you see her… You might just feature in next week’s edition of the newspaper.
