Making a difference in 67 minutes – SPCA needs your help

Each helping hand can make a difference at the Parys SPCA on Saturday.

67 Minutes of your time can make a world’s difference at the local SPCA this Saturday, July 18, celebrating Mandela Day.

Choose to help out with one activity, or stay for the morning between 08:00 and 12:00. Every minute is appreciated.

09:00 to 10:30 – Improve our environment
– Repair of the SPCA enclosure gates and latches
– Electrical diagnostics
– Lawn mowing of the run area
10:30 to 12:00 – Engage with the animals
– Cuddles, playtime
– Grooming
– Walkies in the run area

Or spend 67 minutes making items the SPCA can sell at the Hartelus market stall, such as:
– Dog jerseys and blankets
– Pet toys or plushies
– Dog biscuits

Support the SPCA at the Hartelus Market

Kind hearts and the willing hands of Teresa Wessels, Sylvia Nel, Colleen Wilson, Taryn van Olden, and another kind stallholder have been creatively helping the Parys SPCA to raise much-needed funds by making dog biscuits, bandanas, bowties, pet toys, and crocheted mats, which are sold at the SPCA stall at the monthly Hartelus market.

By supporting the SPCA stall at the next market, held every first Saturday of the month at Egweni River Lodge, you contribute towards the amazing work the SPCA does in your community.
