Chicken outlet robbed

According to the communication officer of the police in Carletonville, WO Peter Masooa, personnel at Chicken for Africa were doing routine tasks when the incident happened at about 13:50 on 13 November. One of the employees was on her way to get a box from the office when an unknown man suddenly pushed her back. He immediately demanded money and an accomplice joined him, wielding a silver firearm with a black handle.
“Show us where the safe is, or we will shoot you,” the robbers threatened.
The employee had just told them the business did not have a safe when a third man forced his way into the shop. He stormed to the office, grabbed two white bags full of money and forced the employees to open the cash registers.
The suspects grabbed all the money, including the coins, when two more accomplices walked towards them from the back of the shop. They warned the others to hurry up and they all ran out of the shop and fled the scene in a white BMW and Toyota Etios.
