Self defence techniques were recently demonstrated to team members of Working on Fire, the Tumahole Aerobics club, and the Tumahole Panthers Basket Ball Club.
The community event was held at Viva Filling Station, and was sponsored by Krag Apie Gym, Viva and OBC, supported and organised by the Sipho Dinku Foundation.
