Doug McGuigan claimed victory in the Zambesi Gold Senior PGA Championship for the second year with a decisive victory -14 (68,67.67).

This gives him an entry into the Staysure Seniors PGA Championship event in Scotland this year.

Overall winner of the pro-am part of the event, Dirk Odendaal from Willowbanks. together with Bonnie Jordaan (ladies camptain) and Doug McGuigan

A total number of 84 players took part of which 46 senior professionals and 38 amateurs in the pro-amp event.

The championship was hosted at Parys Golf & Country Estate
