The awards aimed to reward members who excelled and went beyond the call of duty in the financial year 2022/2023.

Fifteen finalists represented North West against the cream of the crop with their equally hard working, excellent and innovative counterparts from provinces and head office divisions. The province further secured six first runners-up and seven second runner-up positions.

The North West Provincial Commissioner, Lieutenant General Sello Kwena, reiterated the importance of innovation, walking the extra mile and service delivery. He added that all the aspects would, in one way or another, strengthen the relations between the police and communities
