Proteas Women all set for Saturday clash with Sri Lanka in Potch
Fans can win one of five tickets to the match tomorrow (Saturday, 30 March) at the J.B. Marks Oval.
A mix of experience and youth will suit the Proteas Women well in their upcoming T20 international series against Sri Lanka Women.
The Proteas Women are ready to return to their happy hunting ground at the J.B. Marks Oval in Potchefstroom, where they have experienced great success previously. They will play the second match of the three-match T20 international series at the J.B. Marks Oval at 14:00 on Saturday, 30 March.
It promises to be a humdinger of a match, with Laura Wolvaardt leading her charges, including the experienced Marizanne Kapp, Sune Luus and Chloe Tryon.
Former NW Dragons players Tazmin Brits and Anneke Bosch also form part of the squad and will look to turn on the magic on a ground they know like the back of their hands.

The series will also be a milestone for talented Suné Luus, who became the most capped T20 internal Protea of all time.
Since making her debut in September 2012, Luus has now gone past former captain Mignon du Preez’s record of 114 caps for South Africa.
“I didn’t even know that was a thing. It’s scary to think I’m only 28 and will be the most capped, but it’s a huge honour to play so many games for South Africa, wear the green and gold, and do it alongside people I’ve grown up with,” Luus said.

The Proteas faced Sri Lanka in the first T20 international at Willowmoore Park in Benoni on Wednesday, 27 March and completed an easy 79-run victory. SA captain, Laura Wolvaardt scored a brilliant maiden T20 international century to set up the victory. Her 102 (62) was a joy to watch. The Proteas will hope to wrap the series up in Potch with one game still to go.
The third T20 takes place at Buffalo Park in East London on 3 April.
Fans also have an opportunity to win two replica jerseys by attending the match in Potch this Saturday (30 March). Tickets are available at ticketpros.co.za or the stadium.
Fans can also win one of five tickets to the match by sending an e-mail to wouter@mooivaal.co.za with the answer to the following question:
