Residents are invited to JB Marks’ Departmental Imbizo

The primary objective of the Imbizo is to provide feedback, solutions and progress updates on issues raised by residents.

Members of the community are officially invited to the J.B. Marks Local Municipality’s Departmental Imbizo and Mayoral Imbizo.

This Imbizo follows a series of important deliberations by the Municipal Executive Committee, led by the Executive Mayor, Councillor Gaba Thithiba Ka Qhele, which focused on service delivery challenges and concerns raised by residents during previous public discussions.

Answers will be provided to residents on the following:

  • Technical Services
  • Community Safety
  • Community Services
  • Corporate Services
  • Housing, Development and Planning
  • Financial Management Services

The primary objective of the Imbizo is to provide feedback, solutions and progress updates on issues raised by residents that require responses from various municipal departments. Residents are strongly encouraged to attend this important meeting as it directly affects them.

Departmental Imbizo takes place:

Monday, 28 April
