On Sunday 25 June 2017 there will be a power outage at CBD Substation due to ESKOM that have to do maintenance on the 132 KV network at POTCH DS Substation. The duration of the outage is from 07h30 until 23h00.

On Sunday 25 June 2017 there will be a power outage at CBD Substation due to ESKOM that have to do maintenance on the 132 KV network at POTCH DS Substation. The duration of the outage is from  07h30 until 23h00. However all power points should be treated as live at all times, due to the power can be reinstated at any given time.

 THE FOLLOWING AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED:

Grimbeeckpark and the extensions within this area. New Bailiepark and new extensions within this area. Vyfhoek Rural area. Old Bailiepark. Van der Hoffpark and new extensions within this area. Mooivallei Rural area. Mooivallie Park. Sanitas Rural Area and new extensions within this area. Waterberry Estate. Tuscany Ridge and all new developments in the surrounding area. Dagbreek hoewes.

Central town parts from Retiefstreet northwards to the Bult Area, Mareestreet, Arijonastreet, Klopperstreet, Rivierstreet,Jan Cilliersstreet, Fickstreet. Bult area Steve Bikostreet, Molenstreet , Thabo Mbekistreet, Heilige Akker, Dam Area.

 Business areas: Bult Spar area, Shell Garage, Steve Biko business area, Mooimed Hospital. Kentuckey in Retiefstreet, Mac Donalds, Channel Crossing Mall and shop surrounding the channel crossing, Bailieparkpark Spar, Bailiepark Sasol Garage, Total Garage Bailiepark, Pick& Pay van der Hoffpark, Shopping Centre at Waterberry.
