Flaming garbage used to barricade road

The residence of Hillside View set garbage alight to barricade Allan Hendrickse Street and Adolf Willemse Road earlier today (6 Nov). The community barricaded the streets with garbage and tree branches. This was after the municipality failed to appear at the meeting to discuss the implementation of the service delivery action plan of Hillside View provided by the municipality.
