NWU vaccination site is open until 16:00 today
The North West University (NWU) vaccination site is open today until 16:00 The NWU Dampad Dining Hall vaccination site has been open since 08:00 this morning and will operate until 16:00 this afternoon.
The North West University (NWU) vaccination site at Dampad Dining Hall is open today until 16:00 in spite of the power outage. Both Johnson & Johnson and Phizer vaccinations are administered.
According to Louis Jacobs, Director of Corporate Communication, with Potchefstroom and the Mahikeng statistics combined, the university has vaccinated close to 17 000 people since Sunday, 29 August 2021.
“Last weekend went quite well but I think this weekend’s weather is playing a role in fewer people coming in to vaccinate. However, whoever comes will be assisted,” he said
“ We would like for every person who is able to come and get vaccinated to come and join us, we are geared up and ready to help,” he concluded.
