The J.B. Marks Municipality informs residents that a 11KV Mini-substation will be installed in Potchefstroom on Thursday, 22 June from 08:00 to 16:00.

There will be electricity supply interruption as a result in the following areas:

• Grimbeekpark
• Arendpark
• Lelie Street
• Jasmyn Street
• Watsonia Street
• Lupine Street
• Herman Street
• Elandsheuwel Plots on Wilgeboom
• Rooibok Street
• Koepelsig Extension
• Papawer Street

“As the JB Marks Local Municipality we apologize to all those who will be affected by the interruption. Whilst residents are considering the load-shedding schedule, they are once more reminded that, electrical installations must at all times be treated as live, as the supply may be restored before the set time,” added J.B. Marks municipal spokesperson, Jeanette Tshite.
