Police seek community’s assistance in locating missing Ikageng man

The police request anyone who may have information regarding Bolokang Andries Mothupi’s whereabouts to contact the Investigating Officer.

The police in Ikageng request the community’s assistance in locating 50-year-old Bolokang Andries Mothupi, who is originally from Mokosana village in Taung. Mothupi was last seen by his neighbour on Sunday, December 17 2023. He went to visit a family member in Ikageng, Potchefstroom.

Sergeant Kelebogile Morake, North-West Police spokesperson, says a search commenced and extensive investigations were conducted without any positive results.

“At the time of his disappearance, Mothupi was wearing a maroon tracksuit top, grey tracksuit pants, with blue all-star boots. He is dark in complexion, with a slender, tall built body and is bald.”

The police request anyone who may have information regarding Bolokang Andries Mothupi’s whereabouts to contact the Investigating Officer, Sergeant Kgakgamatso Mutsi on 074 457 4764 or 018 294 1421.
