Multiple fatalities reported in N12 accident
Two vehicles were involved in an accident on the N12 this afternoon, where three people lost their lives.
Three people have died after a traffic accident that occurred on the N12 in the direction of Johannesburg at the Fochville-road turnoff.
Two motor vehicles were involved in the accident. The accident took place approxamitely 40km outside of Potchefstroom at around 17:00.
Paramedics, law enforcement other authorities arrived at the scene at around 17:28.
Three people were declared dead on the scene with two other patients being treated with severe injuries.
Traffic was also delayed with a forensic team managing the scene.
