Young Cross Country stars make North West proud
President Pretorius Primary is incredibly proud of its talented Cross Country athletes.
There is so much to be proud of when young athletes get the opportunity to represent not only their school, but an entire province.
President Pretorius Primary is incredibly proud of its talented Cross Country athletes who have earned the honour of representing the North West Province at the South African Cross Country Championships, which took place on September 5 in Pretoria at Curro Hazeldean.
“A special congratulations goes to our U/9 athlete, Mpho Mosiako, who achieved an outstanding third place at the Provincial Championships. This is an incredible accomplishment for such a young athlete and a wonderful reflection of his dedication, hard work and determination,” the school said in a statement.
Behind every young athlete is often a dedicated coach who gives their time, knowledge and encouragement to help them reach their potential.
“A heartfelt thank you goes to Coach Thandi Mosiako for her commitment and support.”
Achievements like these remind us that success isn’t only about standing on the podium. It is about the early mornings, the training, the perseverance and having the courage to keep going even when it gets tough. “Well done to Mpho and all our Cross Country athletes. You have made President Pretorius Primary and the North West Province incredibly proud! We look forward to seeing where your hard work and passion take you next.”
