Dragons in good position in One Day Challenge

The Dragons next big challenge is an encounter with the Lions at the Wanderers tomorrow (Wednesday, 14 December).

The North West Dragons are in line for a spot in the final of the 2022 CSA One Day Challenge after scoring three wins out of four matches thus far in the competition.

The Dragons are second on the log on 13 points, five points behind table-topping Western Province on 18 points. One of the best characteristics of the Dragons in this competition has been their fighting spirit with bat and ball with numerous individuals raising their hand in helping the Dragons to victory.

The Dragons next big challenge is an encounter with the Lions at the Wanderers tomorrow (Wednesday, 14 December). The Lions are still unbeaten in the tournament and have played some sparkling cricket of late. Ryan Rickelton is in tremendous form with a century against the Titans and a 99 against the Rocks on Sunday. Evan Jones has also impressed with some huge hits – including a gigantic six of Hardus Viljoen.

In the bowling department the Lions will back Sisnada Magala, Wiaan Mulder, Malusi Siboto and Bjorn Fortuin to do the business.
