Dragons u.19 girls side get first win in Bloem

NW Dragons captain, Katlego Sethlodi, was impressive with ball in hand taking 4/17 in 9 overs.

The North West Dragons u.19 girl’s team started the women’s u.19 national week in Bloemfontein on a high note with a 7 wicket win against Limpopo.
The Dragons won the toss and sent Limpopo in to bat. This proved to be the right choice as Limpopo were bowled out for 129. NW Dragons captain, Katlego Sethlodi, was impressive with ball in hand taking 4/17 in 9 overs. Tlotlo Bogatsu also took 2/17 in a three over bowling spell.

Tshegofatso Monyela played the anchor role hitting 34 not out from 93 balls. Humaira Ebrahim also hit a fine 34 (51) with Bogatsu also contributed with the bat stroking her way to 28* (26).
The Dragons u.19 girl’s side next play the Lions today in their second match of the tournament.
