The Hezekiel Sepeng Invitational Grand Tour Challenger event was one for the books with top South African and international athletes setting the track and field alight at the NWU McArthur Athletics Stadium.

This event, which was rescheduled to April 8, due to rain the previous day, was a highlight for athletes and fans alike. It was also a precursor for the upcoming ASA Track and Field Champs in Stellenbosch.
