Sewage spillage endangers health of residents in Tlokwe

The DA in Tlokwe says it is disgusted with the local municipality’s lack of urgency in fixing a sewerage spill in Seroka Street at Ext. 11, Ikageng.

According to DA caucus leader, Hans-jurie Moolman it has been more than two weeks since the sewerage started overflowing and nothing has been done to fix the situation. “Seroka Street is completely closed off because of the overflow of water and faeces and cars and pedestrians cannot move in or out of the street,” he said.
