The Weekend Market at Northgate is rebranding and moving to a new venue in Northgate Shopping Centre.
The market offers small businesses an opportunity to sell their goods and services in a prime retail space at an affordable rate, from 09:00 until 16:00 every Saturday and Sunday.
Still run by The Phikology Group, the market is larger and offers vendors a new space that promotes business growth and retail business incubation services.
Co-founder Phike Tshoke said this means the market helps transform the marketplace into an ecosystem of businesses that work together to grow their product and service offering.
“We want to assist market vendors to enable their businesses to grow into the retail sector, opening sustainable stores with the confidence that they have all the skills needed to make it a success,” he said.
