2. SMS line: You can also report a leak by sending an SMS to 082 653 2143. Include the location and nature of the leak in the message.
3. Email: Another option is to email your report to customer@jwater.co.za. Be sure to include all relevant details.
4. Website and SmartCity Portal: Visit the Johannesburg Water website johannesburgwater.co.za
5. Social media: Johannesburg Water also accepts reports via their Twitter handle, @JHBWater, and their Facebook page, Johannesburg Water.
