“It is an excellent programme children are sensitive beings, and they not always know how to put their feelings into words. They used interactive and practical approach with everyday examples which the children can relate to and explain their feelings which was very educational for teachers as well.”
This campaign harnesses the power of performance combined with key mental health and wellness messages that will help children to deal with issues they face on a daily basis.
Kay Chetanov of High 5 explained that the campaign is important to all the kids.
“The kids received the event very well it was a big group; they answered all the questions and were very active. This programme teaches them how to connect with feelings and deal with them. We taught them five simple principles, being kind, safe, bouncy and resilient, brave and how they can be themselves and unique.”
Chetanov added that next year they are targeting 70 schools across the country as they have had a tremendous success since they started.
