All learners from Hoërskool Randburg matric Class of 2025 pass, even those in doubt

Hard work and dedication paid off for the matric Class of 2025 at Hoërskool Randburg as they achieved a 100% pass rate.

Hoërskool Randburg matric Class of 2025 delivered yet another exceptional 100% pass rate and held the school’s name high.

It was all smiles and laughter as the learners, parents, and teachers gathered at the school for the results.

Beaming with pride, principal Pieter Booysen announced that 90% of their learners qualified for university studies, 8% for further diploma studies, and 2% for higher certificate studies.

Together, the Class of 2025 achieved an impressive 329 A symbols — which means an average of 1.84 distinctions per learner.

Booysen explained that this remarkable achievement is a testament to hard work, determination, and dedication. “We had a 100% pass rate, and subject-wise, we have several subjects that performed very well. We had 329 distinctions from 177 candidates. We are very thankful for the results.”

He added that there were one or two learners who were at risk, and ultimately, they did pass. “There’s a lot of gratitude and thankfulness in my heart today for the results that were achieved.”
