When I lost my cellphone, I remembered the last place I had it was in Cash Converters, Northgate. 
Naturally I thought it was gone and I was already planning on how to get a new one as it was not insured. However I thought I would take a chance and go back and look for it. Amazingly, Tobias from the store had found it, and kept it safe until someone came to claim it.
This does not happen every day and I am extremely grateful to Tobias for his help.
