Young Cosmo City model shines
COSMO CITY – Local youngster shines at beauty pageant.
Young Katlego Rameetse is tearing up the modelling scene.
The 11-year-old Cosmo City resident reached the top four in the recent Miss Incredible Setrons beauty pageant, which featured 115 models.
“This was her first competition [and] she is very excited about it,” explained Katlego’s proud mom, Lebogang.
“She loves and enjoys it. She is looking forward to continuing with it. She is excited she did well.”
Lebogang added that Katlego has received much support from the community, and her family members have contributed financially to get the youngster into the shows.
“She wants to keep competing. She doesn’t have any community support, most people from our community are not supportive when comes to such things. Financially we are doing everything from our own pockets. We as the family are grateful and very supportive of everything.”
Katlego’s next competition is the Miss Incredible 2021 Ga-Rankuwa, north-west of Pretoria, on 12 June.
