Its time for Portuguese Festival

The Randfontein community can look forward to yet another great feast in true Portuguese style.

It is that time of the year again where the whole family can get together and enjoy the 27th Annual St Anthony’s Catholic Church Randfontein Feast in true Portuguese-style on 3 November.

According to the organisers, it really is a family affair where children can look forward to jumping castles and sweet treats while the adults can enjoy traditional Portuguese food, music and entertainment that draws crowds to the dance floor.

The feast seems to get better attendance every year and if last year’s event was anything to go by, this one is sure to be a lot of fun.

As if you still needed more reason to attend, all proceeds are donated to the church, so you will be having fun and helping out those in need at the same time.

Those community members who attend the festival, can look forward to a great line-up of entertainment, which includes dance performances by the dancers from Mario Gomes Hip Hop Academy.
