JUST IN: Woman, 37, found dead in car

Alleged mother of two children found dead in car in Toekomsrus.

A 37-year-old woman was found dead in her car in Toekomsrus early on the morning of Monday, 14 November.

According to a close family member, her body was discovered at about 6am by another relative. The deceased woman is believed to be the mother of two children.

The family member added that the Randfontein Police were at the scene. When the Herald arrived, the family was waiting for a tow-truck to remove the vehicle. The family member further alleges that the deceased was out, fetching her child/children on Sunday night, and never returned home.

According to Captain Appel Ernst, the Randfontein Police spokesperson, the police are busy with the investigation and official comment will follow. Watch this space.
