• The Square:

On Saturday, 23 June, Silverstar’s Square will be alive with the sounds of passionate sports fans as it’s transformed into Boktown! From the 2018 Fifa World Cup Russia, to all of the biggest Springbok games, Silverstar will be screening these events live on the largest outdoor screen on the West Rand. • Until 24 June: The Zulu Queen – Mkabayi kaJama Musical at the Joburg Theatre

This is a musical show about the Zulu princess, Mkabayi kaJama, Shaka Zulu’s aunt who is responsible for preserving the Zulu bloodline. Tudor Rebels Far West Chapter invites all bikers to support their fundraiser jol for one of their members, Ralph Botes at the Pitbull Bar Randfontein from 10am till late. • 29 June to 1 July: ICON Comics and Games Convention at Emperors Palace

ICON CGC returns to South Africa for its 2018 instalment. Having been running for 26 years, this is the country’s longest-running comic, gaming and popular culture convention.
