Rand West City Local Municipality (RWCLM) to have a fine-free week to celebrate National Book Week.
The Rand West City Libraries of the Rand West City Local Municipality (RWCLM) will have a fine-free week to celebrate National Book Week between 3 and 9 September.
According to Thandeka Legae, Programmes Librarian for the Rand West City Libraries of RWCLM, people have been requested to return their overdue library materials during that week, and no fines will be payable on them.
“Please note that fines accrued on previously returned materials will still have to be paid in full.”
