Missing girl found unharmed

Police confirm missing Mohlakeng girl found safe and unharmed.

The 15-year-old Tshegofatsho Mongale from Mohlakeng who went missing on Sunday, 31 January has been found.

Captain Raymond Sebonyane, spokesperson for the West Rand District Police and Krugersdorp Police Station said Tshegofatsho was meant to go amd buy airtime at a local tuck shop on Sekhukhune Street in Mohlakeng at around midday but she never returned home.

After doing a mass search, members of the Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit found her unharmed on Wednesday, 3 February. The child has since been reunited with her family, and all we can say is that she is fine,” Sebonyane added.
