Six police staff members bow out after years of service
Management of the Randfontein Police have bidden farewell to six of their staff members.
Management of the Randfontein Police have bidden farewell to six of their staff members during a small send-off ceremony on Wednesday, 31 March.
According to Brigadier Mashole Jacob Manamela, all of them have more than 30 years of service in the South African Police Service with the exception of Veronica Loots, who has been a typist for 27 years.
“We would like to thank you for being dedicated to the Police Service and we thank you for the loyalty you’ve shown in many decades while you were in the system.
“May God bless you in all your future endeavours. Goodbye from all of us in the police and law-enforcement fraternity,” Manamela said.
Five of the personnel leaving the Police Service are Lieutenant Colonel Leraisa Penya (32 years’ service); Captain Sithembiso Goodwill Mdlalose (34 years’ service); Captain Dithebele Lazarus Malema (35 years’ service); Mariska van de Venter (31 years’ service) and Johanna Molote (32 years of services).
As a token of appreciation all the members were presented with certificates for the respective periods they’ve served in the South African Police Service.
