Help a charitable ministry make a difference
To help further their charity work, I Surrender Ministries is appealing to the community for donations.
I Surrender Ministries is currently in need of donations to continue its soup kitchen and charity outreaches. They are appealing to the community for help.
According to the head of the outreaches, Marizaan Holtzhausen, the ministry is currently in need of donations such as non-perishable foods, dog food, cat food, animal blankets, clothing, blankets, curtains, soup ingredients, and cleaning products.
“The fundraiser aims to help with our soup kitchen and other charity events. We want to open a big soup kitchen to those in need at least once a month,” said Marizaan.
She further expressed that every donation helps since they are dependent on donations only.
Even if someone only donates a blanket. Even if you think one can of food will not help, for us, it makes all the world’s difference,” she explained.
“We are currently involved in a variety of charity opportunities, including animal shelters, where it is Marizaan’s passion to give help. To have her as a part of our team is wonderful,” the ministry said.
The ministry will be visiting old age homes to spend a few minutes with the elderly and to spread the gospel.
“We also want to deliver sermons at rehabilitation centres and hospitals. We have such big dreams and hopes for the future. We are very excited to see what the future brings.”
