Westgold learners joyfully drenched in colour

A Colour Run Fun Day recently painted hundreds of smiles on the faces of Westgold Primary School.

Westgold Primary School was recently filled with vibrant colours and laughter after learners and staff came together to enjoy a Colour Run Fun Day.

“The event was not only a fantastic way to celebrate the school’s positive spirit but also an opportunity for learners to engage in healthy outdoor activity while having a blast,” school spokesperson Mariska du Plessis stated.

The learners eagerly participated, running through clouds of brightly coloured powder.

However, Mariska says it wasn’t just the learners who got in on the fun; the teachers also joined in on the excitement.

A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Miss Janie Brill, whose dedication and enthusiasm brought this incredible event to life.

“Her efforts in organising the colour run ensured that everything ran smoothly and that everyone had a truly unforgettable day,” she expressed.
