Learners at Laerskool Westgold Primary School celebrated South Africa’s cultural diversity on Wednesday, September 23, by dressing in traditional clothing that represented their different cultures.
The colourful celebration gave learners an opportunity to learn about one another’s traditions while promoting unity and respect for various background cultures.
The day formed part of the country’s broader Heritage Month activities, encouraging learners to take pride in their own heritage while appreciating that of their classmates.
