Municipality deserves credit where it is due
With all the stress and tension in our daily lives, we seldom give recognition to those who go the extra mile, or even just gave a smile.

I would like to emphasize this point.
Customer service is no longer what it used to be.
The general attitude is that we are being done some great favour.
Worst of all, customer service is at times non-existent.
We find ourselves leaving the store out of pure frustration.
On this note, I would like to commend the Randfontein Local Municipality, particularly the Infrastructure Call Centre.
I had a blocked drain, due to a faulty main line and this happened three times within weeks.
From these ladies, to the supervisor to the plumbers, I would like to express my utmost gratitude to you all for being so efficient and helpful.
For your friendly service and patience, I commend you.
I am in the same position as you; however in another company.
Believe me, essential services are particularly taken for granted.
Thank you once again ladies and gentlemen, may you be blessed.
