What is all the digging for

This is reallly a concern for all the residents of Randfontein.

For the past few weeks, workers have been digging up side walks in order to burry cables of some kind, but what worries me, is the fact that they dig up our brick side walks and well looked after grass without notifying us.

When I saw them dig up my grass, I was furious, nou it is going to take me several weeks to get my grass growing again.

I understand that you have a job to do, but t least respect our hard work that went into making our side walks beautiful or try to leave them the way it was when you started digging.
