As a concerned South African citizen, I cannot help but laugh at how naïve and gullible my fellow brothers and sisters are.
We are currently faced with a situation where our President together with his acquaintances are constantly pocketing tax payers money and upgrading their homes into mansion with funds to the tune of millions.
This has been public knowledge for some time now and I am glad that the matter is being probed by the Public Protector Thuli Madonsela.
However, I have been following the case very closely and I can’t help but ask myself this one question.
Why is it that every time something has to be investigated that has the presidents name on it must be dragged for some time?
So much so that now we have other ministers who are trying by all means to keep the public protector shut by trying to take her to court.
What is it that is in that report that they are trying so desperately to keep to keep a secret?
Is it not obvious that what is in that report is possibly detrimental and stands to break the gimick political party and everyone associated with it.
People need to wake up and smell the coffee.
Its not rocket science to see that that report contains some serious information as to how our money was spent (something we already know)
The African National Congress is always quick to dismiss allegations without proof and now that the public protector has proof, everyone is going above and beyond trying to drag her to court.
I just hope that she doesn’t fall for it and become like those self-serving politicians and hide everything under the carpet.
We want to know what is in that report.
