Our councilors are failing us
Why can't they transfer these complaints to the relevant ward councillors?
• Carol Gordon from Westergloor writes:
We are legal paying citizens of this country but the service we get from the government is like we are squatting on land free of charge.
We have been having a problem in the Westergloor area where the grass goes uncut for months on end and there are rats running around.
This is a health hazard for everyone concerned and we have informed the acting ward councillors Schalk Rooskraans and Arthur Sampson of this problem and the first thing they tell you is that ‘it is not my ward’
Why can’t they transfer these complaints to the relevant ward councillors?
Clearly our complaints are being ignored.
One out of every two South Africans thinks the government has failed when it comes to service-delivery and this is proof in the pudding.
Please get us some help.
