Enough is enough already
Why would one launch an attack on someone who is visiting the school for a good deed?

It has come to my attention that residents of Bekkersdal have become barbaric once again and tried to attack the mayor recently in one of her visits to the township.
I understand that she was supposed to distribute school uniforms to disadvantaged pupils at a local school but couldn’t owing to the threats she received.
My take on the matter is that enough is enough already and people need to just let it go.
Why would one launch an attack on someone who is visiting the school for a good deed?
We have learned over the months that residents of Bekkersdal are dangerous and will stop at nothing to make their voices heard.
I am sad to say this but I can forsee yet another string of violent protest actions in the area and I just want to appeal to residents of the area to remain calm.
No good whatsoever is going to come out of hurting your fellow brothers and sisters and damaging infrastructure that you will end up needing.
Did any of those people stop to think about the children who were expecting to receive uniforms on the day?
They probably had to face another day of school in a torn jersery or damaged shoes.
The bottom line is the violence in Bekkersdal is now upsetting and totally unnecessary.
