Replace useless municipal workers
My suggestion is why doesn't the council get rid of the 18 useless employees and use their salaries to fix the potholes with real tar instead of soil?

On Thursday 23 January, we witnessed municipal workers filling the potholes on Kenneth Road with red sand.
They arrived in a 3-5 ton truck and there was approximately 20 people on the back of the truck, however, only two people were actually working,.
One was driving the truck while the other was shovelling the sand into the potholes.
The rest of them, a total of 18 people were just relaxing, smoking and laughing on the back of the truck.
My suggestion is why doesn’t the council get rid of the 18 useless employees and use their salaries to fix the potholes with real tar instead of soil?
It saddens me to see and hear people from other areas, especially Cape Town and Kwa-Zulu Natal laugh at us because we live in Randfontein.
