Tired of waiting
It is a shame to see that people who have the opportunity to work take it for granted.

I am fed up with the clinics in Randfontein.
During the past week I had to take my daughter to the Randfontein Clinic as she was very sick and I do not have a medical aid.
During both visits to the clinic we had to sit in a very long queue as the staff there was so slow.
I understand that it is a governmental institution but I truly think the Department of Health should start to shape things up at these institutions.
I am certain that they can find a way to speed up the process.
During our first visit my daughter and I had to wait for almost three hours and during the second visit for almost two hours.
Can’t the staff at these clinics just be more willing to help?
They sit around and pretend to work while we are in need of assistance.
It is a shame to see that people who have the opportunity to work take it for granted.
There are so many people out there who will do your job with ease and a smile to top it all off.
