We are being ripped off here in Randfontein
My question is how does the municipality really come up to such figures?

I come forth as a concerned resident to state my dissatisfaction with the Randfontein Local Municipality and the way the institution runs its affairs.
I have come to realize that our municipal accounts are always on the rise despite how we consume both of water and electricity.
It is rather shocking to see that the less water we consume, the more we get charged and vice versa.
My question is how does the municipality really come up to such figures?
I want to know how exactly calculate their findings and perhaps then I’ll understand.
From where I am standing, I can safely say that we are being ripped off and I don’t appreciate it.
I request that those people sort out their nonsense because I am fed-up with this.
