Pothole damage: Who is going to refund us?

Just another pothole left unfixed, no signs or road closed barriers.

The massive hole in Aasvoël Road in Helikon Park left me and my wife stuck on Saturday night, and we had to be towed out.

The front wheel rims of our vehicle have been severely scratched by loose rocks in the mud. The mud flaps were bent backwards while being towed out.

Thank God nothing else was damaged as I was driving slowly. However, when will this extremely poor service from our local departments stop?

Who is going to refund the cost of the repairs?
