I have a problem with a leaking pipe outside my yard. I contacted the municipality every day for about two weeks about it, but got nowhere. They keep on saying a man had sent someone to fix the problem but I’m still waiting for them, even today.

What worries me the most is that the hole the water is pumping from is more than a metre deep and very dangerous to children. I did, however, manage to cover the hole with an iron sheet. I fear naughty children may still attempt to go there.
