
I ride with Train 403 each and every day in the morning, but we have not had any trains since Monday afternoon.
The ticket sales agent (current employee) at Westonaria Train Station doesn’t know what to say to us.
We bought weekly and monthly tickets, but there is no refund when there are no trains to Johannesburg. The problem is that the roundabout route we have to take to Johannesburg’s Park Station doesn’t get us to work in time, and Prassa won’t compensate us for delays.
We have used alternative transport from Westonaria to Johannesburg since Monday afternoon.
We don’t know what to do. Someone in Prassa must give us an explanation about this matter. We are sick and tired of being late for work every day.
