No water, but they build a library?

You would think the basics first, right?

It’s shocking that they’re building a library, but people don’t have access to water to live, don’t you think?

It’s shocking that I am forced to pay rates and taxes, or face legal action if I don’t, to the Randfontein Municipality, when I don’t have water, a road, refuse removal, or sewerage.

You would think the basics first, right? Especially if you pay for it. What are they doing with the money I pay them? Wow, my money for services is being used to pay for books!

How about water first, when you pay for the service, and then look at other projects?

That’s my take on your library project. I should dump my basic sanitation rights in its entrance, since I pay for it and nobody takes it away like they should.
