Hours in queue, only to be told to come back next day
Is this the way to treat residents of Westonaria, or is there something very, very wrong with the system?

This is my day at the Westonaria Licensing Department:
I pitch up at the department to renew my driver’s licence. I find the right queue to stand in for an eye test.
After waiting in the queue for approximately four and a half hours just for the eye test, the security guard came to us and said we should come back tomorrow because it’s getting late. It’s 3.15pm. I, and others still in the queue naturally start complaining.
We have stood 4 to 5 hours, and now we’re told to come back next day? No chance. So I ask who can I see about this pathetic situation. I get referred to some man in another building and tell him my story.
He blatantly calls me and few others who were in front of me liars. I get on my high horse and tell him we are not liars, as the few that were in front of me are backing my story.
He just got up and walked out.
Now I ask this: Is this the way to treat residents of Westonaria, or is there something very, very wrong with the system?
