Mr Tlharipe is in fact the spokesperson of the Office of The Executive Mayor, Ms Brenda Mahuma. Mr Phillip Montshiwa, who is the Manager of Communications within the municipality is the spokesperson of the municipality in general.
This means that Mr Tlharipe is the spokesperson of the municipality?s political leg, while Mr Montshiwa is the spokesperson of the administrative leg of the municipality.
